Mercy Ministries is hosting a morning for all interested in learning more about the philosophy, practice, and discomfort of choosing proximity over charity across lines of socioeconomic difference. 

Our trainer Alli, who previously worked with Lazarus Ministries, will share from her 25 years of experience of community work. We'll also have some training on how to relate well to those experiencing mental health issues. 
This training will be appropriate for middle schoolers and up. 

Coffee and donuts provided. Childcare can be available at a cost of $10 per child if you register by 10/20.
